Reminder to File Your Homestead Tax Exemption!

A New Year means it’s time to file your Homestead Tax Exemption! If you purchased a primary residence in 2019, follow the guidelines and file now. There’s no need to pay for a service to do this for you – it’s FREE to do on your county’s website. We’ve provided the links for Fort Bend and Harris County below. If you didn’t purchase a home last year, it’s still a good practice to check that your Homestead (and any other exemptions you qualify for) are in place. Feel free to call us with any questions or for assistance filing your first time!”

Sip N Stroll Results Are In!

Cross Property Group would like to thank the generous partners and those who attended the 18th edition of the bi-annual Katy Sip N Stroll at Villagio Town Center on Saturday, November 2nd to benefit The Ballard House!

We had a SELL OUT crowd of 2,500 people for the third consecutive event, and the weather could not have been more perfect! Best of all, funds raised for The Ballard House now total to date $320,000 providing 11,851 free room nights for guests receiving treatment for serious medical conditions.

This event is such a blessing and we can’t wait for the next one [mark your calendar for April 25, 2020]!
