When you hear someone talking about existing home sales, do you ever wonder what kinds of homes make up this definition? Well, these are homes that include single family, condos, townhomes, and co-ops.
This month the National Association of Realtors is reporting a 5.6% rise in existing home sales for the month of November. Don’t be alarmed, that these statistics are from last month. This information does not come out until the end of the next month. For example, stats for December will be available in the middle or towards the end of January.
