Statistics have just been reported for August 2012! Single-family home sales increased 20% compared to the numbers from last year!When you look at how the numbers are looking when analyzing existing inventory data, we can see the inventory has decreased to less than 5 months! This is GREAT NEWS for the Houston, Katy and the Richmond Real Estate market! More importantly….It’s wonderful news for our Sellers!
