With technology changing constantly it can be difficult to predict coming trends in the luxury real estate genre.  Take a look at what some are saying about home features that are trending and what the future might bring.

*Builders will begin using virtual reality to show buyers every detail a buyer wants in their home.  Gone are the days that a buyer has to guess what a room would look like painted with their favorite color.  When it comes to flooring and fixtures this will be able to be shown in the virtual home of their dreams in the sale’s office of the builder before any construction has begun.

*Drones are already here and with companies experimenting with drone deliveries, expect to see drone “landing pads” being designed on future homes.

*Quartz counter tops are becoming more and more popular taking the place of granite.

*When it comes to bathtubs, free-standing tubs are becoming more of a demand.

It definitely will be interested to see what the future brings to Luxury Real Estate.
