New Home Community that Just Opened in Manassas!!!! YES, they CAN close by the End of June!!!!

As you all know, the countdown for the real estate tax credit has started ticking.   Buyers have until the end of April to have a ratified contract placed on a property.   Settlement on that property MUST occur before the end of June to be eligible for the tax credit.   In Prince William County, the supply of homes is not keeping up with the demand!   Buyers are struggling to find a home and new home construction is almost completely out of the question.   In short, new home developments have already sold  their inventory that could possibly close in June.   In the past two weeks a new home development, in Manassas, Virginia has opened its doors.

This new community is unbelievable.   It is a little enclave of spacious townhomes nestled in the heart of Manassas and is only minutes away from the VRE.   They are offering 2 spacious townhomes with 3 finished levels, 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms and a 2 car garage for the base price of $289,990.   They are also offering master-bathroom upgrades and closing cost help.   Please call me for details.   I was out at the community  just the other day.   These 2 townhomes will go fast!   Remember that these  2 homes are scheduled to close before the end of June!    Please call me for more information at 571-921-0586.

Thank You So Much for a Wonderful 2009!

Last week our team was given a great honor.   For the 3rd year in a row, we are in the top 15 for resale listings, in the entire state of Virginia.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our clients for a wonderful year.   It has been a pleasure to help you with your real estate needs.   I am looking forward to an incredible 2010.

Again, many thanks!
